Amy Foster made a great start to the New Year by equalling her pb in the 60m at the AAI Indoor Games at Nenagh Stadium on Sunday. The race itself was a very close affair with Amy winning in a time of 7.55, strongly pressed by Claire Brady from Celbridge AC who was second in 7.58, with Kelly Proper from Ferrybank AC just behind in third in 7.60. Amy ran her second 60m of the day towards the end of competition and repeated the great form she is in by winning in a time of 7.50 – setting a new pb for the second time in the space of a few hours. Claire Brady was second and Kelly Proper third.
